Summary: Stayed here for 3 nights and it was clean and spacious. The air conditioning worked great and we loved that Walmart was right around the corner so we could get snacks and drinks for the fridge. I did get scared when it rained because the roof started leaking and we woke up to a big puddle of water under our beds. They need to fix that immediately. Also our driver had issues finding this place because there are two b10s listed in playa del Carmen. Make sure you have the correct address when getting dropped off because it will take you to a sketchy spot about 10 mins away lol
